Google Opens LA Youtube Studio Free For Content Creators

July 14, 2013

Google has poured millions into a 41,000 square foot production studio the size of a hangar in West Los Angeles dubbed YouTube Space LA, reports FT Magazine.

There, studio space, greenscreen, and editing equipment is available for use (and for free) to elite YouTube content creators and channel operators who can improve their skills at Space-hosted workshops.

Google’s got a reported 11-year lease on the grounds, which is already in use by many of the video site’s original content makers. How awesome!
