San Francisco To Be Saved By Batkid Thanks To Make-A-Wish

November 4, 2013

The Huffington Post reports that Miles (a five-year-old leukemia patient) will get his wish to become Batman thanks to the Make-A-Wish-Foundation.

On November 15th, thousands of San Francisco citizens will take part in the event to help make it possible. In the morning of the event, Miles A.K.A. “Batkid,” will be called upon by the city’s police chief to spring into action and fight crime happening all over the city. He will be rescuing a damsel in distress, apprehending The Riddler for robbing a downtown vault, and saving a group of volunteers from The Penguin.

After defeating the Penguin, Miles will head to City Hall where Mayor Ed Lee will thank him for his heroic service and hand him a key to the city. Many of the volunteers will be present to applaud their hero.

I hope some pictures or videos find their way online capturing this heartwarming story.
