NBC Developing “The Wolfman” TV Series

The age of the remake has begun a new chapter involving adapting well known films into television series. We already have Bates Motel, Hannibal, Teen Wolf, Sleepy Hollow, Dracula and even more on the way including The Exorcist, Rosemary’s Baby, Outbreak, Scream, 12 Monkeys, American Psycho and From Dusk Till Dawn.

Well, NBC is adding THE WOLFMAN to the list of properties being turned into a drama series. Deadline reports that NBC is developing a contender for its Friday supernatural block anchored by Grimm, which is currently paired with Dracula.

Synopsis: “A supernatural thriller that explores what it means to be a man and to be human. It centers on Lawrence Talbot, who is afflicted by an ancient curse and jacks into the powerful, primordial soul of the alpha-predator.

Dracula executive producer/head writer Daniel Knauf is writing and executive producing with Scott Stuber and Quan Phung.
