“Argo” Screenwriter To Rewrite “Batman vs. Superman”

December 19, 2013

THR reports that Academy Award winning screenwriter Chris Terrio has been brought on board to write another draft for Warner Bros.‘ BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN.

Terrio has worked previously with our new Batman, Ben Affleck, on the critically acclaimed Argo.  Sources say, “Terrio has been brought in to get the script in shape before filming begins.” You have to believe that either Affleck or the studio wanted to hire him to polish David S. Goyer’s script. Goyer has worked on The Dark Knight trilogy, Man of Steel and the upcoming Justice League movie. A new writer behind the keyboard is definitely welcomed.

Director Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel follow-up will be released on July 17th, 2015, with principal photography set to commence in early 2014 in Michigan.
