Warner Bros. Doesn’t Plan To Fix “Batman: Arkham Origins” Completion Glitch

If a progression blocking bug has kept you from completing Batman: Arkham Origins, I’m afraid I have some bad news. Warner Bros. is ignoring the many game-breaking bugs and is instead focusing on releasing the DLC promised to season pass holders. “The team is currently working hard on the upcoming story DLC and there currently are no plans for releasing another patch to address the issues that have been reported on the forums,” wrote Arkham’s community manager.

“If we do move forward with creating a new patch, it will try to address the progression blocking bugs for players, not the minor glitches that do not prevent one from continuing to play. The issues that are not progression blockers will unfortunately no longer be addressed,”  they continued.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for some of you, and want to thank you for having been patient.”

Wow. Instead of trying to fix the game that people have already spent $60 on, they’re focusing on the DLC to make more money. That’s a slap in the face to the fans. If you can’t beat the game, why the hell would you pay more for downloadable content?
