First On Set Images From “Jurassic World”

Filming began on April 14th and now EW scored the first images from the set of Jurassic World, the fourth film in the Jurassic Park franchise filming in Hawaii.

Director Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed) promises EW that there will be plenty of paleontological action. “Yesterday I was under a construction crane with Chris Pratt, covered with dirt, eyeballing the exact height of the dinosaur trying to kill him,” he says. “We both cracked up laughing. Sometimes you just have to stop and let the joy take over.”

The sequel stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan, Judy Greer, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus, and BD Wong returning as Dr. Henry Wu.

There are currently no major plot details other than the fourth installment will feature a fully operational theme park.

Jurassic World will hit theaters on June 12th, 2015
